The most frequently used application in the area of surface treatment is to deburr and round sharp edges (e.g. after cutting metal) as well as to clean and apply a structure to the surface. Our brushing machines are capable of processing plate like materials (e.g. sheet metals, ceramic substrates, PCBs and many more) and removing laser smoke residue. Additionally, with a brushing machine from Dilg it is possible to process strip metal in a continuous production. The variety of materials that can be processed is big: metal, aluminum, ceramic and glass offer a great spectrum. The cleaning process is simply done by using water and the interference of the brush.
